Basic Function and Scope of Responsibilities: The accountant is a mid-level accounting professional who will assist the CFO within the Accounting Department in relation to all accounting systems, month-end closing reports and general ledger reconciliation. The position will record all business transactions and retain all accounting records. The accountant will post, verify, and reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, expenses, payroll, or other ledger accounts and will prepare statements, invoices, and vouchers, and assist in preparing financial reports. This position also manages and processes payroll for all associated companies.
Principal Responsibilities:
Education Requirements: The minimum level of formal education that is required to perform this job satisfactorily.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance related field from an accredited school.

Working Conditions:
Physical surroundings: Office environment. Working with office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, faxes, postage, marketing materials, and scanners.
Adverse working environment: Minimal. Temperature changes, some minor noise from office equipment.
Physical Effort: May be required to sit for extended periods of time. Extended periods of computer and phone use. May be required to lift parcels and packages up to thirty pounds.
Domestic/International Travel: May be required at times to attend outside meetings and visit other office locations. Air travel might be required.
Hours: Normal work week is Monday through Friday 8:00am until 5:00pm but occasional after hours or weekends may be required due to business demands.
Work Location: This can be an office, work from home or hybrid position.
Information Security:
