Requisition Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated professional with strong critical thinking skills. The team member will utilize his/her skill sets to perform financial analysis, implement best practices, and identify process improvements as part of a collaborative team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Purchasing team and PACCAR Truck divisions.
Primary Duties
Liaison between Corporate Purchasing and the Kenworth Division accounting team.- Position is located at the Kenworth Division office in Kirkland, Washington.
- Prepare timely and accurate purchase cost forecasts.
- Responsible for providing Purchasing forecast analyses, training, and customer service to Kenworth truck division.
- Provide accounting support for the analytical review of Purchasing operations and reporting, including cost movements, supplier rebates and Long-Term Agreements (LTA).
- Prepare supplier surcharge and retroactive price adjustment payments.
- Perform supplier financial statement analysis.
- Prepare month-end and year-end reporting.
- Develop and implement additional reporting through data analytics.
- Special assignments and other duties as directed.
