Requisition Summary
Support the daily function of the Quality Department, including but not limited to Quality System analysis, data management, and reporting.
Job Functions / Responsibilities
This role ensures the accurate entry of data into SAP and Eportal, as well as performs Data Mining and Report Creation/Generation in a timely and consistent manner.
- Manage and support SAP and QDA activities for Quality Department
- Manage and support Eportal as it pertains to PEC Corrective Actions and NCPs
- Create and deliver reports and metrics on a daily, weekly, and quarterly basis using software packages such as Tableau, Power Automate, OutSystems, Sharepoint and SAP
- Create and deliver system training to support new users or enhancements
- Monitor and manage system interfaces to ensure accuracy of data
- Responsible for accurate and timely entry of scrap transactions
- Update production order records as required to maintain inventory control due to engine teardowns or repairs
- Work with internal and external resources to manage issues and build system functionality in support of quality operations
- Creating RMAs and Purchase Requestions, as well as receiving Purchase Orders as needed
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Experience with SAP Quality Module
- Proven Computer literacy with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and Access), proficient in Excel and Macro developments a plus
- Candidate must be able to operate independently and with little guidance
- Must be a positive contributor to a team environment required
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Candidate must be self-motivated, well organized, flexible and able to handle the pressure of a high-volume operation.
- Ability to stay organized and effective time management are critical to role
- Understanding of QDA, Databases, IT systems and interaction with SAP is a plus
- Knowledge and understanding of basic programming language preferred (python, R, VBA)
