The Role
This position is responsible for solution and design, development of functional specifications, producing deliverables related to the project(s) assigned, assisting in post implementation support, production support break fix and enhancements. The SAP FICO analyst plays a critical role on a global team that is responsible for ensuring the health and availability of PACCAR’s critical Financial applications. This is a non-exempt position that may be asked to provide additional coverage on a different shift to include weekends, holidays and overtime as necessary.

As a SAP FICO Analyst, you will work with the SAP Center of Excellence (CoE). SAP CoE is a cross-functional scrum team within PACCAR that provides SAP Application services to PACCAR globally. Job Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, design, test and implement solutions for the SAP FICO Module
- Document and Transform business requirements into system specifications that will be used to produce systems requirements
- Develop estimates and solutions to deliver requirements
- Provide support of solution architecture
- Working in Agile Scrum Team
Required Experience & Skills
- 8 years of combined business and configuration experience in SAP FICO Module
- Experience with implementing GL, AR, AP, interface designing, Banking, Custom report design, Asset Accounting, Brazil localization, MM-FI and SD-FI integration, Knowledge on P2P (Procure to Pay), OTC (Order To Cash) and R2R (Record to Report Process)
- SAP experience with accounting modules or system conversions Understanding of U.S. GAAP and Internal Controls
- Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on an existing suite of complex applications
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask within a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
- Communicate clearly with team members, Business Analyst, Customers and management
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- CPA professional certification preferred

Additionally, this role is eligible for a full range of benefit options listed above. This position is also eligible for a holiday gift. This is the base range within the U.S.
