Production Worker

Pacific Die Casting is looking for a production associate to join our team. The primary function of this position will be to operate sanders, vibratory finishing machines, trim presses and use files and punches to remove flash from products made from nonferrous metals such as zinc or aluminum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Remove parts from bins, pallets, or baskets for processing
• Stacks parts into or onto bins, pallets, or baskets after processing
• Operates sanders, trim presses and vibratory machines
• Adjusts various machines parameters thru the use of dials, levers, valves, switches
• Inspects for rejects
• Manually degates parts from runners.
• Uses hand tools such as, files punches hand grinders & sanders on parts to remove flash
• Other Duties as Assigned
