Full-time position Monday -Friday, schedule flexible but is typically 7:00am - 3:00pm
The IDD Waiver Coordinator’s primary function is to manage the activities of the program staff in order to deliver vocational skill habilitation and/or rehabilitation to individuals with disabilities in accordance with the Waiver program.

QUALIFICATIONS
A minimum or one year of qualifying experience working with people with individuals with developmental disabilities and some experience supervising staff preferred
Demonstrated skills with Office software such as Excel, Word, basic web-based database interfaces
Must be able to effectively manage time and multi-task
Must have a strong service orientation and strong communication skills
Must pass a Criminal Background Investigation
Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance and be willing to transport clients
RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise and provide necessary training and ongoing guidance to Job Coaches
Manage staffing schedule and specific assignments, review and approve time and attendance
Assess work quality and performance of direct care staff and provide coaching and disciplinary action as needed
Monitor staff to ensure documentation is completed within the time frame required
Reviews program documentation for accuracy and completeness
