This candidate will be responsible for file setup on all jobs coming in the system. Typical projects are a variety of two- and three-dimensional graphics, signage and exhibits. Will work directly with the the design team and Client Services person to take concepts and turn them into effective branding for the client's space. Will be assisting the design team as well to prepare photo visualizations and mockups of proposed signage for placement, content and/or usage.
In this role the Prepress Specialist must have at least 2 years' experience, and a portfolio that showcases past print/ digital design setup.
Key Things
- Must have experience using Adobe Creative Suite for file setup
- Follow the established process for setting up files and preparing to print and cut
- Have a basic understanding of each of the production departments and their relationship to prepress
- Work with multiple deadlines and adjust your schedule to address urgent issues
- Contribute to overall team effort to complete projects
Nice To Have:
- Experienced with 3D software (SketchUp or Revit preferred)
- Experience with RIP software
- Web Design
- E-mail and social media marketing
