West Monroe is seeking an Employee Value Proposition Specialist to join the People Strategy & Experience team under our Employee Experience Manager. A role within this team means delivering on our positive and award-winning employee experience – one packed with challenging opportunities that enable our employees to build impactful lives with those they trust. The Employee Value Proposition ("EVP") Specialist role is responsible for helping bring our evolved firmwide EVP to life through detailed project management, effective collaboration with teammates and frequent input from key stakeholders.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Engage with our cross-functional (Marketing, Strategic Growth, the Leadership Team, and other Shared Services stakeholders) Employee Value Proposition project team to effectively measure and realize our EVP in partnership with our EX-Manager and People Strategy & Experience team
- Lead multiple initiatives with cross-functional teams that aim to bring our EVP differentiators to life throughout the organization (includes planning, design, and execution)
- Benchmark our employee experience effectiveness by analyzing competitive insights, internal experience data, and partnering with our Employer Brand team to understand our external brand strength
- Identify opportunities uncovered through data analysis and propose effective solutions
- Prepare executive-level presentations and summaries of initiative progress, employee feedback and influence cultural change resulting from findings
- Communicate risks and issues early and often, helping suggest solutions proactively
- Understand downstream impacts of initiatives and ensure case for change is communicated across stakeholder groups
- Execute change in partnership with our various Shared Services functions to minimize any duplication of efforts
- Serve as one of the many faces of our firm's EX by being inclusive, respectful, and open-minded, influencing key stakeholders and peers to help foster a strong sense of belonging within our culture
Education, Training & Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in consulting environment, HR, or Employer Brand
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Organizational Development, or related field preferred
- Experience managing sophisticated projects
- Demonstrated passion for employee experience, inclusion and diversity or digital workplace principles/tools
- Demonstrated attention to detail and strong prioritization skills
- Extremely strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise cross-functional teams
- Ability to adapt to a constantly changing, fast-paced and nimble professional environment
- Ability to build relationships, connect with and manage multiple stakeholders
- High proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Preferred experience of using Miro or similar tool to facilitate collaboration sessions
- Experience in a professional services or consulting environment desirable
- History of using employee engagement software desirable
