In general, the Die Cast Operator must operate a die casting machine in exact accordance with established procedures. They are in charge of checking the quality of die cast pieces visually. Die Cast operators are in charge of maintaining the machine's functionality and carrying out any auxiliary tasks. Trimming, filing, drilling, and shot blasting are just a few examples of secondary operations. The Die Cast Operator is accountable for maintaining a clean and organized work area. Entry-level work is available in die casting. Training is given while working. The initial shift schedule will be used for training.
Job Purposes:
- Learn how to use the die casting equipment.
- To ensure that products meet standards and that the machine experiences the greatest uptime, monitor the continuous operation of automatic die casting machines.
