Join us as a Client Service Technician, where you will support our online store, organize and pack supplies for customers and assist with ordering for our lab locations. . You'll receive all the training you need to successfully take on your new role and grow your career at Pace®.
What you'll do
- Coordinate and product related activities, including shipping and receiving, processing and administration
- Maintain and update appropriate documentation and databases
- Participate in training on fundamental lab support policies, programs, and practices
- Pick and create unique kits of supplies for customers and meet shipping deadlines throughout the month
What you'll bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in logistics or shipping and receiving is preferred
- Ability to perform work in anoffice and warehouse setting, remain standing for long periods, lift boxes, and wear personal protective equipment when necessary(e.g., lab coat, safety glasses and gloves; all PPE provided by Pace®).
