3 Months Contract(Potential of conversion/Extension)
- Responsible for prepping, scanning, indexing and also performing quality check of work performed during the full cycle of the document imaging process.
- Performs tasks to help ensure the office runs smoothly, mail sorting, sending and receiving packages, ordering, receiving and setting up catering orders, sending facilities requests.
- Special projects as assigned, examples could be data entry, account reconciliation, presentation creation, expense reporting, filing, brokerage support or general administrative work for a wide variety of departments.
- Primary back up for receptionist. Greets visitors and directs them, receives and directs incoming call, gives breaks, lunch, time off relief.
- Printing and production of RFPs, annual reports, proposals, presentations, books, statements, and other jobs sent to copy center.
- Other duties as determined and assigned by Internal Operations Manager*

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
