What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Assistant Behavioral Analyst position at PACES, LLC?
·Must have a minimum of a High School Diploma with a focus on childhood education, child development, psychology, social work, or a related field
· Must have experience working with children
· Works daily with children ages 2 years and older
· Provides daily care and support in a professional clinical setting and childcare setting
· Follows child care schedule, homework time, small group time, table time/centers, outside time
· Facilitates social interaction among children
· Utilizes treatment plans, behavior plans, and practices to manage children’s behaviors
· Collects data on lessons and activities
· Participates in interdisciplinary treatment teams
· Writes notes on assigned children
· Must have or be willing to complete a 40-hour of training course and/or have passed the Competency Exam (Registered Behavior Technician, ABAT - Assistant Behavioral Analyst). A two-year commitment is required following the passing of the exam.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
