A leading distributor of factory automation components is looking for Bilingual Accountant. (Could be Entry Level.)
• Coordinate within the company and with external parties regarding deposits and payments
• Input into and output from an internal system (MS Dynamics NAV)
• Reconcile bank statements
• Process invoices from our suppliers and expense for employees (AP)
• Process payments received from our customers (AR)
• Assist in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
• Handle company asset management
• Prepare sales tax and income tax
• Manage past due statements
• Setup and modify customer and supplier information on the system
• Serve as a backup for team members to ensure the smooth operation of the department
• Support audit processes
• Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements of the accounting flow
