Pacific BMW is looking to hire experienced Client Advisors in charge of assisting our clients with their ultimate driving machine purchasing needs. This position reports to the Sales Management Team. The Sales Department hours are Monday-Friday from 9 am-9 pm; Saturdays from 9 am-7 pm and Sundays from 10 am. Note this is a full-time 40hr per week position and it is commission-based.

Qualifications  

  • 2-4 years of sales experience in a dealership environment
  • Knowledge and passion for the BMW brand 
  • Self-motivated with a proven record of success 
  • Customer service experience with high-end clientele
  • Technology-savvy 
  • Upbeat attitude 
  • Availability to work in a rotating schedule that includes weekends and holidays 
  • Some college education 
  • Current driver's license with a clean driving record 
  • Bilingual/Multilingual is preferred   


Job Responsibilities 

  • Greet and promote the scope, value, and features of the products and services offered to all clientele
  • Generate positive impressions during the shopping/buying experience by being friendly, professional and prompt 
  • Help clients find the vehicle that meets their needs by using current inventory sheets/website 
  • Enhance the sales process by personalizing and demonstrating the vehicle features 
  • Support clients in the completion of the sales credit application 
  • Utilize current technology to maintain contacts, review inventory, and increase sales 
  • Keep up to date with the new available products, features, and specifications per BMW NA 
  • Maintain minimum monthly requirements as set by the department
  • Establish a consulting relationship post-delivery following department guidelines and procedures 
  • Stay up with required quarterly online training courses and actively participate in instructor-led training sessions  


Physical Requirements

  • Surroundings: The position requires the ability to move throughout the company facility for most of the shift, spend time outdoors exposed to the weather, and spend some time indoors in air-conditioned areas 
  • Sitting: 50% Standing: 25% Walking: 25% 
  • Infrequently: Bending, twisting and/or stooping, Kneeling and/or squatting, climbing stairs, Lifting, Reaching and/or lifting overhead, pulling and pushing
