Pacific Catch, Inc. is currently seeking Hosts for our newest location in Tustin! Pacific Catch is a WestCoast Fish House dedicated to delivering high quality sustainable seafood with a unique perspective, accompanied by creative craft cocktails, all with a touch of Aloha spirit!

SCHEDULE
This is a part-time, hourly, non-exempt position. Hours may be different every week and schedules are not set or guaranteed. Weekend availability (Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays) is a must.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must have a valid California Food Handler Card
- Must have a valid Responsible Beverage Service Certification (RBS)
- Ability to provide top-notch hospitality in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant Team Members
- Be the face of Pacific Catch, engaging with Guests, inviting Guests in, seating Guests, introducing the menu, and answering the phone
- Adaptable, flexible, and able to manage a heavy workload. Ability to prioritize well and remember all Guest requests
- Embraces all Pacific Catch’s Core Values, Hospitality Standards, and Team Member Standards
- Ability to operate a POS system and Open Table Software
- Ability to accurately handle cash and all financial transactions
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
- High school education required. Hospitality or other degrees are a plus
- Minimum 1-year experience in the restaurant/customer service industry preferred
PHYSICAL
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 5 hours in length
- Must be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 35 pounds
