Administrative Assistant / Billing Clerk

Pacific Customs Brokers is looking for a full-time Customs Administrative Assistant/Billing Clerk. This position is located at our Blaine office.

Duties Include:

  • Billing
  • Answering client questions regarding invoices
  • Coordinating with other departments regarding payments and client questions
  • Processing of payments

Qualifications include:

  • A positive customer service attitude
  • Typing 40 WPM minimum, 10-key experience an asset
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Some bookkeeping experience an asset
  • Experience with CargoWise One an asset
  • Second language (esp Punjabi and Spanish,) an asset
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Great organizational skills and excellent computer skills
  • Intermediate level of Excel ability
  • Ability to work quickly under pressure
