We are on a mission to find a Talent Acquisition Sourcer - Principal to join our Talent Acquisition team!
Reporting to the Recruiting Team Leader, the Talent Sourcer is responsible for sourcing and hiring candidates for highly technical and specialized positions. The Talent Sourcer sources and interacts with potential candidates, develops talent pipelines, conducts initial candidate screenings and sets up interviews as applicable, manages the candidate database, and records hiring conversion rates.

Responsibilities
- Coordinates with hiring leaders and recruiters to determine position needs and requirements
- Identifies qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
- Contacts industry partners for candidate referrals
- Asks for referrals from current employees and external networks
- Communicates with past applicants regarding new job opportunities
- Interacts with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Handshake, Seekout, Slack and Github)
- Crafts and sends recruiting emails
- Organizes and conducts online interviews
- Sets up candidate interviews with hiring leader and/or recruiters, as applicable
- Creates talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Measures conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers and get hired
- Drives results around diversity efforts
- Promotes our employer brand online and offline
- Maintains candidate databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System)
- Prepares and presents reports, such as status, talent market, strength of talent pipeline, etc. to key stakeholders (Talent Acquisition, hiring leaders, etc.)
- Performs related duties as assigned

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- BS/BA and 9 years of relevant experience; OR,
- MS/MA or higher and 7 years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
- Effective time-management abilities
- Professional license and/or certification may be preferred.

Salary : $92,900 - $118,000
