Branch Supervisor

Pacific NW Federal Credit Union in NE Portland is seeking a Branch Supervisor to oversee branch operations and assist members through multiple channels. This position earns a highly competitive rate of $22-26 per hour. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BRANCH SUPERVISOR

As the Branch Supervisor, you will be the primary Teller / Member Service Representative at our main branch in NE Portland. You will be reporting to the Member Service Operations Manager and working closely with the cash team. Your responsibilities include:

• Managing operational tasks including vault teller, monthly audits, weekly cash ordering, and vendor relations
• Welcoming members and providing helpful information concerning Credit Union products and services
• Receiving and accurately processing member financial transactions and requests, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, wires, disputes, card orders, etc.
• Opening new member accounts
• Providing backup assistance to members over the phone, text, and chat
• Balancing cash drawer and member transactions daily

This is an on-site position, working out of our branch in NE Portland. You will get great satisfaction from helping us achieve our goal of being member's financial partner for life.

BRANCH SUPERVISOR QUALIFICATIONS

• One to three years of similar or related experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong time management
• Steadfast reliability and punctuality

BRANCH SUPERVISOR WORK SCHEDULE

This position usually works 8:45am - 5:15pm, Monday through Friday.
