What are the responsibilities and job description for the Leasing Agent for Property Management position at Pacific Rental Properties?
Pacific Rental Properties is seeking a full-time Leasing Agent who is reliable, organized, patient, and professional. However, also able to handle the stressful situations that can occur in the current rental market, which require empathy and compassion.
Job duties include (but are not limited to):
-The ability to triage multiple phone lines applicants and tenants
-Inputting information into screening software
-Collecting application documents from prospective tenants
-Processing applications of prospective tenants
-Preparing leases and executing leases with tenants
-Scheduling/managing appointments appropriately
-Data entry and document management
-Basic office tasks, assisting with monthly workflows as needed
-Communicating with vendors, managing work orders for maintenance needs
-We use Yardi Voyager for our property management software. (experience preferred, but not required)
-Able to assess workflow accurately and willingness to assist/communicate with your fellow employees.
-Assisting tenants and prospects in the office
-This position will work under the supervision of the office manager

We are open 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday.
