Job Posting for Online Sales Team Assistant at Pacific Solution
We are seeking a highly organized and responsible assistant to join our sales team. In this position, you will perform clerical tasks, data entry, creating web listings, updating listings, updating website information, take pictures of products, checking/confirming/updating inventory creating sales orders/purchase orders/invoices. Other duties will include assisting the managers with preparing documents, organizing files, managing existing documents, generating reports and generally keeping the project organized, tidy, and running smoothly. Duties and Responsibilities
Update website information and multiple sales portals.
Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents; photocopy, fax, etc. as needed
Assist in planning company events, meetings, luncheons, and employee team building activities or special projects
Help prepare reports, presentations, and data
Manage and maintain files, records, and correspondence for meetings
Type documents, drafts, and reports
Prepare information and research for executive needs
Take photos of products as needed and file them accordingly
Pull and pack orders when needed
Requirements and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience handling office responsibilities, experience in customer service, or related field is a plus but not required
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); scheduling appointments/updating calendars using outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
