Pacifica Senior Living is looking for a great Activities Director to join our team!
This position establishes a program of activities that is stimulating and that fosters a positive atmosphere through leisure activities that meet the spiritual, cultural, physical, intellectual and social needs of residents both inside and outside the Community.
Responsibilities:
- Help manage the facilities volunteer program
- Manage staff in the day to day performance of their jobs
- Ensures that project and department, milestone and goals are being met
- Adhering to the approved budgets
Required:
- 1 to 3 years of supervisory experience
- Bachelor’s degree
