About the Role   The Controller role is crucial to the financial health and success of Pack4U as it is responsible for all of our financial processes. As our Controller, you will work closely with our business teams to provide top-notch guidance and expertise to maintain efficiency and accuracy within the accounting function. In addition, you will manage and perform general accounting functions such as preparing financial reports and analyses and driving the completion of financial audits. Our ideal candidate will be able to provide transparency on the company's overall performance and utilize their knowledge to implement measures for improvement continually.   Responsibilities   ·       Responsible accounting operational functions, including A/P, GL, payroll, intercompany, commission, month-end close process, account reconciliations, and all related tax matters ·       Act as subject matter expert in all areas related to the general ledger ·       Strong understanding of Canada AcSB ·       Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations ·       Manage and produce audited financial statements ·       Drive system and process efficiencies and improvements ·       Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements ·       Work collaboratively across teams, providing actionable insights to help drive optimal business decisions ·       Designing & implementing internal controls commensurate with the changing scale of the business ·       Perform special projects or other duties as requested   Qualifications ·       Bachelor's Degree with a concentration in accounting ·       Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or working towards CPA ·       7 years of overall accounting experience, with at least two years of public accounting experience preferred ·       2-3 years of management experience ·       Startup experience preferred, ideally in a software, SaaS environment ·       System implementation experience preferred  ·       Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills ·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills ·       Confident, energetic, team player who demonstrates good judgment and influences outcomes globally ·       Advanced knowledge of Quickbooks and Sage Intacct, and Netsuite Pack4U Inc. is an excellent opportunity for you to contribute to building an HR platform that inspires and enables our managers and employees to be great leaders.  Our vision is to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to develop professionally.
