Overview
POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Plant Manager, the Maintenance Manager has primary responsibility is to supply technical assistance to the facility in order to maintain and improve overall operational efficiency. Supervising the Maintenance Department activities. This includes direct supervision of the Maintenance and Technicians along with managing process improvements.
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the whole plant equipment, to significantly improve plant performance and reliability through the management and coordination of all maintenance and engineering activities within a large scale, complex, defined area. To define, implement and manage a risk based maintenance strategy for area of control in order to meet the business, Safety, Environmental, Financial and Operational objectives at minimum cost and in the safest manner.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or community college - preferrably in a technical program.
2. Skilled trades ticket preferred.
3. 3-5 years experience in Maintenance (preferrably in managerial role).
