Patient Care Coordinator - Hearing Aid Practice
Office Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:30 am - 5 pm, Friday 8:30 am - 2:00 pm
Duties:
- Greet and check-in patients upon arrival
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Collect and update patient information in electronic medical records
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Coordinate referrals to specialists and follow-up care
- Assist with insurance verification
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

- Proficient in hearing terminology
- Experience working in a medical office or dental office setting
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
