Role
As the principal driver of the BizOps Strategy team, you are a detail-oriented, hard-working, problem solver with an optimistic attitude, who can easily (and happily) wear many hats. You are able to uphold our company’s tenets and values while adding to our unique culture. As Head Bizops Strategy team, you will be responsible for guiding our host and member BizOps teams, setting direction, completing analysis, managing company OKRs, and driving operational outcomes to increase life value of both members and hosts. Leadership, Data Analytics, Strategy.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include completing in depth analysis, developing retention, engagement, and growth strategies, coordinating successfully across product, engineering, marketing, internal business and customers to deliver operational excellence, improving LTV for both members and hosts, reducing COGS, and driving long term strategic vision.
Leadership
- Guiding our host and member BizOps teams and setting setting direction
- Coordinating successfully across product, engineering, marketing, internal business and customers to deliver operational excellence
Data Analytics
- Completing in depth analysis
Strategy
- Developing retention, engagement, and growth strategies
- Improving LTV for both members and hosts, reducing COGS, and driving long term strategic vision.
- Managing company OKRs, and driving operational outcomes to increase life value of both members and host
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of strategy and operations experience
- Experience with cross company collaboration and team management
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Strong data analysis
- Ability to digest complex problems and develop clear actions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to present and communicate new ideas and concepts
- Experience developing customer journeys and engagement strategies
- Consulting experience a plus
- Real Estate knowledge or experience is a plus
