PAE is looking for a highly motivated, mission focused individual to support an existing Program Management Office with coordination and administration of all tasks related to scheduling, travel, logistics, and employee inquiries.
Basic Qualifications
- Administrative/office experience
- Business acumen / Understanding of business metrics
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, database software, online applications, etc.)
- Self-motivated and able to work independently (including self-learning)
- Attention to detail / Ability to track, trend, and manage multiple dynamic schedules
- Organize and meet simultaneous deadlines (effective prioritization and multi-tasking)
- Strong overall written and verbal communication skills
- Able to manage a high volume of requests while maintaining situational awareness, remaining calm, and focused
- Able to provide clear/concise instructions to assist personnel with timesheet, expense and other administrative functions
- At times, you may need to work odd hours to support operations.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to obtain and maintain a TS clearance
- Requires 2 years of relevant experience supporting US Government operations
- Minimum HS Diploma
- Willing to travel 25-30% of the workweek in/around the DC, MD, Northern VA area
