We are actively hiring a Software Engineer (C# / .Net / AJAX / Vue.js / JavaScript / XML) with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance to join our C5I & Information Warfare Systems team in the Norfolk, VA area. (Potential hybrid work schedule available). In this role, you will participate in the requirements definition, design, development, testing and documentation of database systems. You will investigate, troubleshoot, and design solutions to problems in operational software. You demonstrate strong experience in systems design patterns and application architectures. You possess excellent communication and analytical skills to perform the following responsibilities. We are offering a $5k sign-on bonus! RESPONSIBILITIES Analyze web application requirements, code, and documentation for database support and provide recommendations for improvements Architectural governance, coding and unit testing, and release coordination support Continuous integration and delivery pipelines as well as the various testing processes Application configuration and delivery using Pipelines and Containers Lead and mentor teams in all aspects of Agile development processes, methodologies, and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Candidates should have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems (or similar) and 10 years of relevant experience Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret US Government Clearance Experience in Object-Oriented Design/Analysis (OOD/OOA) Ability to obtain Security certification within 6 months of hire #WeAreAmentum #technology #softwareengineering #jobinterviews #wayup #norfolkvajobs #nowhiring Amentum is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
