Project Photography Producer

We are now looking for a Photography Producer who will support the Project Photography Manager (PPM) to schedule and execute high quality, creative photos and videos alongside Project Teams and Photographers to produce media for multiple sectors including Academic, Government, Aviation, Civic/Community/Culture, Housing Hospitality, Healthcare, Mission Critical, Science/Tech and Commercial/Mixed Use.

This role will coordinate photography and support projects in alignment with office and sector needs nationwide. The role will also assist in both scheduling and line producing photography for marketing collateral for regional projects along with support on select top tier projects in the nation. You will be working closely with the Project Photography Manager to bring to life the amazing stories about Page design and the builds that impact our communities. With 21 offices nationwide, travel will be common in this role, but you will be supported by a Project Photography Manager (PPM) alongside the designers and architects involved in the projects.

PPM will coordinate the annual schedule, budget and shoot assignments while the Producer will assist with coordinating projects as they are assigned and at times travel to assist in the production and coordination of team, talent and locations. Project shoots may require long hours and require both dawn and dusk photography. A primary focus will be to support the Market Sector Managers in coordination of photography for Tiers 3-4 projects that often require only a single day of photography.

Expectations:

• Have a general understanding of professional-grade cameras, lighting, and software utilized in location photography.
• Able to organize and track photography in programs such as Lightroom, Open Asset, Egnyte and Bridge.
• Able to be professional and effective in communication with clients during shoots including scheduling, set up and on-site interactions.
• Continued learning of new techniques and technology relevant to architectural photography.
• Able to support a visual story arc of project the purpose by supporting the photography team on location.
• Ability to communicate clearly with post-processing editor regarding retouch and comps.
• Willingness to take direction from design directors and Project Photography Manager (PPM) and able function in multiple roles on shoots. Roles may include producer, talent wrangler, scout assistant, production assistant, art assistant or shoot coordinator.
• Ability to work independently as circumstances require.
• Travel will be required. Producer will collaborate extensively with Project Photography Manager (PPM) to plan and support shoots. Some projects will require between 1-3 days to be fully captured. Travel time will vary based on project’s scope and locations.
• Role sits in Creative Services Studio; will be expected to participate in regular meetings to provide status updates and learn about developments at Page.
• Location photography Responsibilities may include location management, shotlist management, production documents, scheduling, talent releases, receipts, on-site-coordination, food, adult and child talent, arranging furniture, moving props and prepping shoot area.

• Able to utilize Microsoft suite and Team chats to schedule, correspond and coordinate production for multiple projects.
• 6 years professional photography production experience.
• Experience using MAC OS and MS Office.
• Able to follow directions and respond promptly.
• Enjoys challenges of photographing projects in both suburban and city environments, Awareness of the challenges and works to find creative solutions for scheduling and executing photography on site.
• Able to use PowerPoint.
• Comfortable leading meetings.
• Able to develop strong personal relationships with key teams and designers.
• Flexible and adaptable with excellent multi-tasking and time management skills.
• Interest in Architectural Photography with an artistic vision and focus on project story elements.
• Understanding of project videography.
• Architectural background a plus.
