NYC Health Hospitals/Gotham Health, Roosevelt located in the Jackson Heights section of Queens, has committed to provide the full spectrum of care. The Center emphasizes primary and preventive care, working to help identify and achieve health goals. Gotham Health, Roosevelt focuses on improving health and well-being and also prevent, treat and manage ongoing health conditions.
Responsibilities
- Evaluation, treatment and provision of direct care to patients in the clinic setting- Provide clinical guidance to other members of the healthcare team as needed- Participate in performance improvement and quality management projects as assigned
Qualifications
Annual Base Salary Range: $236,900 (board eligible) - $247,200 (board certified)

Qualifications
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry
- Active, unrestricted NYS License
- Active DEA Waiver
- Active X-Waiver preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team setting
- Familiarity with high-risk patients and cultural sensitivity in community settings
