Cardiology Per Diem Position
Seeking a motivated Medical Assistant for our private practice.
Everyday tasks below:
1. Greeting patients upon arrival.
2. Taking vital signs, history, medication reconciliation & performing EKGs.
3. Professional telephone etiquette. (detailed telephone messages is a must)
4. Light filing, scanning & gathering outside records.
5. Ensuring our patients privacy. HIPAA compliant.
6. Computer savvy. Looking for a quick learner to master eClinicalworks.
7. Cleaning/Sanitizing of exam rooms, restocking & preparing for next patient. COVID 19-safe.
8. You will be cross-trained if the need for sick/vacation coverage arises. (see above)
9. Have the ability to learn our most common Cardiology procedures & medications.
This is to better educate our patients to ensure understanding of their medical treatment/path. *Medical terminology a must.
10. Work ethic is Important. Conscience about being on time & being 'present' while at work.
Current CPR/BLS certification
Current Certified Medical Assistant (Clinical or Admin) with experience is preferred.

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
