Job Summary:

We are seeking an HR Coordinator to join our team and provide comprehensive support to the Chief People Officer and the HR department. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, as well as a deep understanding of employee relationships and the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. They should also be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent administrative, IT and communication skills. The HR Coordinator will support the HR department in tasks such as employee relations, benefits administration, HR record keeping, payroll and general HR administrative duties.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the Chief People Officer and provide administrative support as needed.
  • Draft presentations, reports, and other materials for HR meetings, initiatives, and communications.
  • Manage the employee newsletter, including gathering content, designing layouts, and distributing to employees.
  • Track and analyze HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee engagement scores, and diversity statistics.
  • Update employee status records in the HRIS, e.g., department transfers, title changes, rating increases, terminations, etc.
  • Organize, update, and maintain electronic personnel files; prepare and manage HR documents; perform data entry for the HRIS system software (ADP).
  • Coordinate and assist in employee events, programs, and initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
  • Provide support for HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the Chief People Officer
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Assist with general HR administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and managing HR-related correspondence.
  • Stay informed about HR trends, best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Assist in maintaining HR programs including employee policies, onboarding procedures, engagement initiatives, and other employee-related matters.
  • Serves as backup payroll and vacation processor in absence of HR Generalist.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software (ADP experience preferred).
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Requires English language skill(s) and proficiency.
  • Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for PAI in the US.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • At least 2 years’ relevant experience in HR coordination or administrative role preferred.
  • Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.


Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to adapt in a high stress environment.
