The PAI team is creative, supportive, passionate, and growing fast. Want in? PAI is looking for a supervisor at our White Bear Lake location to lead a team of 8-10 Direct Support Professionals as well as manage a caseload of 25-30 individuals.
Here’s what you’ll be working on:
We’re seeking a creative and passionate leader who is ready to roll up their sleeves, think outside of the box, and lead the development and delivery of impactful, person-centered services.
Specifically, you will:
- Lead the development and delivery of programs including in-center educational and enrichment activities, community activities and job readiness.
- Lead, coach and supervise a team of Direct Support Professionals. Encourage a fun, inclusive environment that allows everyone to grow and pursue personal goals.
- Ensure that all activities meet State of Minnesota Section 245D requirements as well as PAI policies and practices. Train staff as necessary.
- Manage documentation which may include an individual’s Coordinated Service and Support Plan Addendum, Individual Abuse Prevention Plan, Self-Management Assessment, and person-centered outcomes.

- You must meet Designated Coordinator standards as established by the State of Minnesota. Typically, this means you have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services at least one year of relevant experience, although other combinations of education and experience may meet this requirement.
- Prior experience with, and understanding of, State of Minnesota requirements including Minnesota Statutes Chapters 245A, 245C, and 245D.
- Successful experience with program development, training, and/or quality assurance.
- 21 years of age or older.
- Pass a DHS Background study and Office of the Inspector General (OIG) and maintain clearance to provide direct contact services without continuous supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Passion for and belief in PAI, its mission and its services.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
