About This Position

PAI is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to support the Marine Corps Logistics Command (MARCORLOGCOM) Consolidated Storage Program (CSP), I MEF at Camp Pendleton, CA.

Duties will include the following:

  • Perform all Quality Assurance related functions in assistance and support of the Program Manager
  • Assist as required with CSP operations and inventory management (e.g. inventory, counting, causative research, etc.) of all CSP-managed commodities, utilizing Government-Owned Contractor Operated IT (GOCO-IT) systems
  • Conduct research and analysis as required or tasked by the Government Logistics Management Specialist (LMS)

Education requirements:

  • A 2 year degree in a relevant area is preferred (e.g. Business, Information Technology, etc.) plus a minimum of 2 years of related experience in Business, Technical Systems, Supply, or Logistics, warehouse systems; or
  • At least 4 years of related experience in any combination of the above.

Experience requirements:

  • At least two years of relevant experience utilizing techical systems such as DPAS-WM, GCSS-MC, or other US Department of Defense (DoD) supply, logistics, or warehouse systems
  • Basic knowledge of USMC equipment data systems and data rules
  • Prior military service strongly preferred, especially with supply/logistics experience
  • Must have intermediate skill in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to accurately assess problems and create viable solutions is required
  • Possess professional written and oral communication skills
  • Possess excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines and to prioritize appropriately
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively to achieve objectives
