As a Medical Assistant/Flex Tech at Stretch Rx at Pain & Spine Physicians stretching clinic, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our clinic while assisting our clients in their journey to improved mobility and wellness. You will work closely with our licensed healthcare professionals and support the delivery of high-quality care to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly, assist with paperwork, and provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Follow Physical Therapy training and stretching protocols to assist with supporting positive patient outcomes.
- Support follow-appointment implementation, confirming, and follow-up for patient care.
- Safety: Monitor clients during stretching sessions to ensure their safety and
- well-being.
- Educational Support: Provide clients with information about proper stretching techniques, exercises, and post-session care.
- Collect and review clients' medical histories to ensure a safe and tailored stretching experience.
- Update and communicate with clinical staff regarding patient concerns and or new health issues that may arise.
- Vital Signs: Measure and record vital signs such as blood pressure, heart rate, and oxygen saturation as needed.
- Assist in Stretching Sessions: Assist licensed professionals in conducting stretching sessions by setting up equipment, preparing clients, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including progress notes and treatment plans.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all stretching equipment is clean, sanitized, and in good working order.Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining inventory of clinic supplies and ensure adequate stock levels.
