Eastern Washington's oldest law firm is growing and has an immediate opening for a full-time legal assistant. At Paine Hamblen, P.S., we pride ourselves on providing unparalleled service to clients, so we’re looking for an experienced and passionate legal assistant to help us maintain this high standard. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and legal assistant support to attorneys in our civil litigation defense group. Such duties include drafting, serving, and filing pleadings; drafting correspondence and emails; managing attorney(s) calendars; making travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, appointments, and hearings; trial preparation; communicating with clients and witnesses; proofreading; and other administrative duties. The ideal candidate is organized, diligent, and can work both independently and as part of a team.
