Paint Nail Bar is seeking a Director of Store Operations who is a warm and dynamic, highly-organized leader with excellent people skills. Confident and level-headed in a high energy, fast paced environment. The manager's duties include:
Check in guests/client engagement, run transactions, book appointments, staff supervision and development, scheduling. Assist the owners in all day-to-day operations. The PAINT Nail Bar operations manager oversees all related services and staff.
Customer service and sales experience preferred, proficiency with Mac computers, quick to learn technology (we will train with Booker), warm and friendly, organized and energetic, flexible with hours and scheduling and stylish in appearance.
