Provide medical assistance to staff and guests as needed. Be familiar with park layout and having proper access to all areas of the facility ensuring prompt response to emergency situations. As a member of the Safety Department, EMTs are also responsible for all other aspects of Safety operations including facility audits.

We are currently looking for a:

Castle Park - EMT

Roles & Responsibilities:

Pay Rate: $17.50hr

Roles &Responsibilities

Provide medical care to guest and team members within scope of professional training as needed
Respond to First Aid calls and take appropriate control of the situation, while considering the safety of other associates and guests
Complete and upload documentation for all patients and incidents and maintain records accordingly per company policy
Organize and maintain inventory stock of supplies and equipment and notify the supervisory/manager for replacement orders of supplies
Serve as extra security in the park, and assist with lost and found calls, and cash escorts
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Complete any tasks as required by EMT Supervisor or Management
Comply with all park policies, procedures, and labor laws

Requirements

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Languages: Fluent English. Bilingual skills are helpful.

Skills:

Communication – Highly developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Problem Solving/Analysis – Define problems and execute remedial strategies in a timely manner
Flexibility – Maintain a flexible work schedule
Initiative and Adaptability – Take initiative and execute plans

Experience: Prior EMT Experience Preferred.

Other:

Must be 18 years or older
Minimum Basic EMT Certification

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Languages: Fluent English. Bilingual skills are helpful.

Active guard card issued by the state of California
Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to work in all weather conditions and elements including the direct sun with no shade, cold, rain, dust, and all other outdoor weather elements
Must be able to stand, kneel, walk, stoop, and bend
Must be able to spend long periods of time standing of moving
Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 Pounds
