PalAmerican Security - Immediate Security Officer Needed

What you will do
- Walk and stand for prolonged periods of time
- Wear body armor, duty belt with handcuffs, baton, radio, flashlight, and first aid kit
- Engage in high volume face-to-face public interactions
- Write detailed and accurate reports on incidents
- Maintain a physical presence as a deterrent to illegal activity
- Ensure safety and security of site staff and visitors
- Provide empathetic approach to managing escalated situations
- Contribute to the overall experience by providing superior customer care
You will be a great fit if you
- Are at least 21 years of age
- Have a minimum of 2 years' Security or Military experience
- Have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Are able to provide proof of High School diploma, GED or higher education.
- Possess a valid Washington State Security License
- Have effective verbal and written communication skills
- Enjoy working with the public and providing excellent customer service
- Please note, successful candidates must complete a mandatory 5-day paid training course in Renton
- If you do not have a Washington State Security License, you will be responsible for paying the fees to obtain one. The 2024 SGL costs are $31.
05 for fingerprints and $101.00 for the License application. There is also an unpaid mandatory State SGL class that you will be required to complete.
