Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the floor, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food production
- Train and supervise floor staff, including servers, bartenders, and other service personnel
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food production processes and bartending techniques
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
