Job Summary: Manage daily Rental/Demo/Tuning operations in a professional, courteous, and service-driven manner. Supervises employee activities, support, train and lead staff to success.
Essential Job Responsibilities/Duties/Tasks include the following; other duties may be assigned:
Provide all customers and employees with top quality customer service in all situations at all times.
Assist in managing a team of 30-40 employees. Assist in supervisory responsibilities such as interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Work within daily labor budget.
Comply with Federal and California Labor law in all phases of the payroll and employment process; from hiring through termination, as well as all Company policies & procedures.
Enforce safety standards in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Write and monitor weekly schedules based on labor payroll projections. Approve and oversee accuracy in weekly time keeping logs, submit all paperwork in a timely fashion
Hold staff responsible to the highest standards in professional appearance and grooming, parking policy, operational procedures, phone etiquette and use of company equipment.
Performs all duties of Rental/Demo/Tuning shop personnel as needed.
Competencies and Job Requirements:Required:
Able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally across all levels of the organization.
Excellent organizational and problem solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships and interact with others
Working knowledge of computers including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
Ability to define work in a fast paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and courtesy.
Education and Experience:Required:
High School Diploma or GED Three years experience in Rental/Demo/Tuning shop; or equivalent combination of education and experience Basic knowledge of hand tools. Trained and knowledgeable of ski/snowboard equipment, binding and boot function and use. One year supervisory experience

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perceptions and the ability to adjust focus.
Working Conditions:
Indoor/Outdoor: While performing the duties of this job, the employee will occasionally be exposed to outside weather conditions.
Hazardous Materials/Noise: The noise level in the work place is usually moderate.
