What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Attorney position at Palker Law Firm?
Our law firm is searching for first and second-year attorneys who are ready to begin practicing first-party insurance claims.
The duties and responsibilities for the position include, but are not limited to:
- Manage all cases assigned to their docket from pre-litigation negotiations to trial.
- Research case law to analyze precedents or similar cases.
- Establish a professional rapport with all clients.
The requirements for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Active license to practice law in the state of Texas and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
- Excellent time management.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work well independently and be resourceful.
