Our office is currently seeking to fill an Office Manager position. The ideal candidate for this position should be a results-oriented professional with exceptional time management, organizational and human relations skills. The Office Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all office tasks are completed in a timely manner, and will actively engage with our physicians, to make sure that visitors, and other outsiders are greeted in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage scheduling.
  • Be on time
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies.
  • Be productive at work.
  • Communicate with patients and their families.
  • Maintain medical records.
  • Directly communicated with medical billing service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
