Cardiovascular ICU Nurse

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardiovascular ICU Registered Nurse to join our team at Palm Careers LLC. As a Cardiovascular ICU Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Cardiovascular ICU
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Monitor and manage patient vital signs and respond to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with intensivists, mid-levels, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and unit efficiency

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure in the state of Florida
• 2 years of experience in a Cardiovascular ICU or critical care setting
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
