Description
To perform accounting and clerical tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions. An accounts payable representative is responsible for processing invoices and issuing payments. Other related tasks are included in this function as assigned by the Office Manager.

Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of basic computer skills and expert user of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and other accounting software applications. Proficient in relevant computer software including dealer software, Docuware and other systems.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
1-3 years accounts receivable and general accounting experience.
