Responsible for the coordination of safely transporting residents to appointments and/or transporting residents from their home to the facility and vice versa.

  • Responsible for transporting residents in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of the resident while operating the facility van.
  • Ensure that all maintenance schedules are followed for the van.
  • Ensure that all equipment is in proper working condition and report any malfunction, breakdowns, and hazardous conditions to the

Administrator.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
