We are seeking an experienced family nurse practitioner to join our team and embrace our mission to serve the community with compassion and commitment. We are a small but fast paced family practice immediate care clinic. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to multitask. Must be knowledgeable in the management of acute and chronic illnesses and possess excellent procedural skills.
Duties include:
· Assessing, diagnosing, and treating acute and chronic illness for all ages- commonly seen illnesses are DM, HTN, hyperlipidemia, thyroid disease, diverticulitis, URIs, UTIs, and amenorrhea
· Laceration repair
· Abscess incision and drainage
· Joint injections
· Ingrown toe nail removal
· well woman exams including pap smears
· school/work physicals
Requirements:
· Current Florida autonomous APRN license
· DEA license to prescribe
· Minimum 5 years experience
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
