We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team here at Palmetto Hills Golf Club as a Marshal. As a Marshal, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests. This position requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to deal with confrontation and knowledge of the rules of golf.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming environment
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests
- Enforce course rules and regulations to ensure the safety of all visitors
- Assist with crowd control during events and busy periods
- Monitor the golf course on a regular basis throughout your shift to ensure proper treatment of the course, the carts and other guests
- Coordinate with pro shop staff to determine problem areas on the course
- Utilize conflict management skills to handle difficult situations or unruly guests
