Busy, growing medical practice in Columbia, SC seeking an energetic telephone operator/intake coordinator. Our 8 provider practice currently provides conservative and interventional pain, regenerative medicine, and other outpatient treatment services. Come be a part of a healthcare team that's providing compassionate care to 100 patients per day! No nights, no call, no weekend, no holidays.
Practice is located in a new, state-of-the-art facility in the heart of Columbia. Our MDs are all pain fellowship-trained anesthesiologists and the founder of the practice is triple-board certified in Anesthesia, Pain, and Addiction Medicine. The ideal candidate will be:
- An adept multitasker, able to handle live calls, voicemail transcription triage, and other administrative tasks.
- Energetic, self-motivated; eager to learn
- Precise with excellent attention to detail; able to work within required turnaround times
- Experience as an operator is a plus
- Experience in healthcare is a plus
- Knowledgeable with referral/scheduling process
- Capable of accurate data entry
