This position is responsible for ensuring serialized items are properly received and handled in inventory, routine audits, building work orders, and acquisitions, transfers, and dispositions in both company and ATF logbooks, to and from proper locations. Responsible for all manufacturing and serialized inventory. Responsible for building all serialized work orders. The Compliance Lead may at times provide additional support to positions in need. The Compliance Lead will report any issues or discrepancies to their supervisor, to be handled immediately.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee completion of work orders for production based on the corresponding lower receivers or rifles-
Assist and maintain manufacturing A&D Log which includes acquiring and disposing of firearms

Responsible for building pallets which include boxing, serial number verification, printing off DYMO labels for the appropriate serial number and the appropriate SKU, as well as providing an accurate serial number scan sheet for the corresponding pallet.

Oversee and conduct all cycle counts on serial numbers to assist in preparing for audits and to maintain the inventory accurately.

Ensure that serials from outside vendors are received accurately.

Oversee the transporting of completed pallets which may include loading delivery truck or van with pallets via forklift, arranging for a delivery driver to the destination warehouse, and in some instances, driving the serial numbers over for a timely delivery.

Responsible for building of completed rifles once the uppers are completed and placed in lower room to be shipped out in a timely manner.

Responsible for preparing serials for future production in staging area of compliance with associated work orders and carts

Responsible for tracking of any employee who handles a serialized item

Maintain control over all serialized items that our FFL is accountable for.

Oversee Compliance Specialist and Compliance Associates

Keep Compliance area organized and clean

Required Qualifications include:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Basic knowledge of firearms

Strong computer skills with everyday experience working with Microsoft products

Ability to perform work accurately, thoroughly, and timely

Preferred Qualifications include:

Knowledge of AR, AK, and 1911 firearm platforms

Basic knowledge of PSA AR related products, such as MAGPUL colors and furniture variations

Experience with serialized items
-
ATF compliance experience

PSA Manufacturing experience

Valid South Carolina Driver’s License
Scheduled shifts are Monday through Friday. Occasional overtime may be optional or mandatory. All work is performed in an operational warehouse environment.
Team members are constantly standing, walking, carrying, twisting, bending, seeing, stooping, balancing, hearing, as well as handing paperwork and heavy PC computer usage. Team members will be lifting objects weighing from less than 20 pounds to 60 pounds.
