Position: Host
Responsibilities:
- Greet Guests: Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, creating a positive first impression for our patrons.
- Nice Presentation: Maintain a polished appearance and adhere to our upscale dress code, reflecting the high standards of Palmyre.
- Availability: Be available to work weekends and late hours, ensuring coverage during our busiest times.
- Exceptional Hospitality: Provide outstanding customer service, anticipate guests' needs, and create a memorable experience for every visitor.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with the bar staff and servers to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar upscale hospitality environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A passion for providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
